Verizon is the best ever!!!
The touchscreen on my BlackBerry Storm was acting up worse than usual today so I went to Verizon and the lady at the service counter was like “Hmmmm that shouldn’t be doing that…. Lets get you a new one.” So yeah I basically walked out with a free brand new BlackBerry Storm. Who cares about not having rollover minutes when you can have amazing customer service like that!
